Ameer replaces Vijay Sethupathi in Vada Chennai.
Director Ameer has replaced Vijay Sethupathi’s character in Vetri Maaran’s gangster trilogy ‘Vada Chennai’. Initially, Vijay Sethupathi was approached to play the extended cameo but due to call sheet issues the actor has opted out of the project and now, Ameer has replaced his character. Produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films and Lyca Productions, Vada Chennai also has Samuthirakani, Kishore, Andrea and Aishwarya Rajesh in pivotal roles. Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music for the film and Velraj is cranking the camera.
